Return/ Exchange Policy

Hey babes! 
While we try to make sure you all are so happy with our shop, please keep in mind we are still a small business, so we will be enforcing a strict return and exchange policy. 

Damaged Jewelry: For broken jewelry during normal wear, we cannot replace those pieces. We can replace it if it’s shown damaged upon arrival within 3 days of confirmed delivery from USPS.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items if USPS shows a confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information. 

Returns: All sale items are final sale. 
Exchanges & Returns: we allow for 14 days from the time your order is sent for unworn jewelry to be exchanged. A credit will be given in the same amount of the original order. No exceptions will be made. Please address all returns to:

After receiving your item, we inspect it for signs of wear and tear. If found in returnable condition, we will refund you with store credit. If the item has clear signs of use or damage or is received after 14 days, the item will be marked “return to sender” and there will be no refund issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for any lost packages and we highly recommend keeping your tracking number.
